Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing recruiting, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, preparing pay budgets and implementing pay structure revisions.
Hearing and resolve employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors to overcome issues.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends and recommending benefit programs to management.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable govt requirements, conducting investigations and maintain proper HR records.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Prepare Minutes of Monthly HODs meeting.
Assess administrator in implementing new practices and procedures.
Supervise HR Officer and Assistants in managing routine HR practices.
Finalize Payroll of 300 plus staff.
Review Overtime details and make recommendations to overcome it.
Present Organizational Turnover and OT rate to MD.
Represent HR in HODs meeting.
Directly report to CEO and MD when required.

• Responsible for supervising overall recruitment activities to ensure that job requisition, Ad development, CV screening, scheduling, newly joined staff intro etc.
• Update and maintain Personnel files
• Update and maintain employees’ data base.
• Update and maintain Candidate CV record.
• Schedule and organize interviews, tests etc.
• Conduct reference check on possible candidates.
• Maintain and update Leave record.
• Coordinate with Health Insurance Issues.
• Prepare offer letter, appointment letter, resignation acceptance letter, termination letter, increment letter, experience letter etc.
• Making Full and Final Settlement
• Prepare interview exit summary sheet.
• Prepare training plan with coordination of HR Manager
• Prepare and conduct orientation session of new employees.
• Arrange Open Session on with coordination with Manager HR
• Update and maintain Organogram.
• Record Keeping of all HR Confidential documents.
• Prepare HR Presentation.
• Prepare show cause, Chart sheet with coordination with Manager HR.
• Any other additional responsibility as and when required by management.
