Worked as an Assistant Electrical Engineer/maintenance technician and trainee PLC programmer having extensive knowledge of Electric Motors, Proximity & Photoelectric Sensors, VFDs (Siemens), PLC Programming (Siemens), Panel wiring, Preventive maintenance, Intercultural & Interpersonal Skills, AutoCAD.
Accountable for completing company’s maintenance and repairs operations as well as supervising production operations and reducing down-times in the absence of Chief Engineer.
Managed boiler & Dust Collector maintenance, operations for next shift, ensuring Operations ran smoothly all the time. Through successful planning with our Chief Engineer and the rest of the maintenance team, we influenced all the uptime in our company.
Planned resources, both internal and third party, for small projects, such as PLC or HMI installation as well as Solenoid valves operations to automate and handle multiple tasks within the production line.
Knowing and speaking about 4 languages, managed to attract foreign customers by explaining the production process in their respective native languages as well as translating the different production line processes in Microsoft Office word when required.
