Dealers of BMW, GM (Chevrolet, GMC, Opel, Cadillac) with over 18 companies in Jordan, Lebanon, Dubai, Palestine, Ghana, Egypt and Irbil. Responsible for all ERP systems across the Group, including Autoline rev8, Autoline Drive, Sage 300 AccPac, Sage CRM, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, CarPro and the attendance system (UNIS):
• Supporting multiple internal companies at different locations with a multi-culture and multi-national environment.
• Implementation of AutoLine Rev8 in Palestine; the dealers of BMW and Mitsubishi required Business analysis, GAP analysis, Quality assurance, support and software evaluation.
• Manage the ERP department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, organization and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Manage several MIS/ERP projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer/user.
• Analyze business systems to determine effectiveness.
• Identifies inadequacies, inefficiencies, problems and suggest recommended solutions.
• Develops system specifications and recommend application software development as needed.
• Fulfil brands and manufacturer technology requirements.
IT Manager
• Manage the IT department include staff appraisals, career development and responsible for the IT hardware and software and maintenance procurement and managing the vendor relationship.
• Develop and control the IT security and disaster recovery policy.
• Provide monthly reports based on all aspects of the IT department.
• Implemented ERP system (Dealer Management System) based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0
• First level of support on the ERP system which include training, upgrading and creating a support reporting system based on Crystal Reports and VB.net.
• Managing the Automotive related software such as ODIS, Mirror Server2, BTAC, VAS, ETKA, POSES, ELSA and PET.
• Administrating the (Vehicle Diagnoses Computers).
• Developing and implementing new system (software) upon company requests. Such as IT Help Desk (web application), CRM, telephone system.
• Familiar with the Nortel Networks System (IP Telephone) with the ability to use the Hyper Terminal for configuration.
• Undertake hardware and software installation and upgrades, including; local network maintenance and installation (cabling, switches and NIC configuration TCP/IP, NAT, TCP/IP printing, windows network and domain services).
• Develop methodologies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery of networked computers.
