• Plan and monitor the implementation of basic HR functions.
• Ensuring that the benefit programs meet employees' needs, comply with legal requirements and cost effective as well as competitive in the marketplace.
• Analyze, evaluate, implement and administer the compensation and benefit program. Conduct market salary surveys and interpret results.
• Verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
• Carry out exist interviews using the related forms, and discuss the reasons with the concerned managers.
• Recruits employees that meet the agreed level of experience
• Compiles, maintains and records data for use in payroll processing.
• Ensures all employees are paid in a timely manner and at the correct rate.
• Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
• Records employee information such as personal data, benefits.
• Making an checking the expiration days for the ( ID, insurance cards)
• Updating and calculating the vacation days of the employee
• Evaluation and rewards for the employees
• Budgeting
• Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other related information.
• Fostering and Promoting a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale
• Reviews all insurance billings for accuracy and submits to finance department for payment.
• Ensuring the benefit programs offerings are responsive to the diversity of staff needs and interests
• Processing all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for staff as well as entertainers
