Project Title: Doha Metro Green Line under Ground. (JV of PORR Austria - SBG - HBK Qatar)
Client: QATAR RAIL
Responsibilities:
● Directly reporting to the Project Contracts Manager.
● To assist contracts managers to prepare draft letters for final submission.
● Updating, downloading, Validating and distributing the documents Through ACONEX.
● Provide support to project engineering management team with regard to technical
document management, bulk uploading and downloading of technical documents in the
Company using ACONEX
● Responsible to ensure that all the relevant project documents received from
subcontractors/Suppliers/sub- consultants are updated/recorded both hard copy and
softcopy.
● Ensure that controlled copies of documents are properly distributed to appropriate staff as
applicable and instructed by project Directors.
● Providing Administrative support to the project Contract administers and QS team.
● Monitoring/register Subcontractors/consultants contractual related documents, payment
invoice tracker and to distribute documents to assigned Contracts Administrators/QS team.
● Maintain project register both incoming and outgoing documents within the projects as per
company Quality Procedures
● Input documents data into the standard register ensuring that the information is accurate
and up to date.
● Maintain the documents filing system (both hard copies and soft copies) and creating labels
and coding for easier access.

● Establish and maintain comprehensive document filing and record systems.
● Co-ordinate all activities to the main office related to the Document Control procedure,
