The primary responsibility is maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. responsible for new business development as well as participation in development of investment process, methodologies and philosophies.
•Answer calls professionally, respond to customer inquiries plus effectively handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
•Control a call through effective communication techniques, do payments using through credit cards.
•Using effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict situations.
•Selling upgrade or additional products to existing customers.
•Gathering and analyzing then applying appropriate interventions to resolve an issue or come to a decision.
•Ability to actively listen, question appropriately, provide feedback, and use the skills to build customer relationships.
•Knowledge and ability to interact with a variety of people in the workplace.
•Maintain a calm demeanor and mental state when situations and emotions escalate to higher levels.
•Managing multiple priorities like receiving customer information over phone, while inputting/searching for data into the Remedy System.
•Follow up customer calls where necessary, complete call logs and produce call reports.
•Working with others, offering support to coworkers and contribute to team task accomplishment.
