Managing calendars and schedules: Responsible for managing the calendars and schedules of the CEO. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and ensure that the time is used efficiently.
Handling correspondence: Handling a wide range of correspondence, including emails, letters, etc. Also responsible for drafting correspondence on behalf of hospital executives.
Coordinating meetings and events: Responsible for coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring that all participants are informed of the details.

Planning, Scheduling, Conducting, Reviewing of training sessions on various health care improvement attributes focused at Patient, employee, and community expectations.
Carrying out efficient and effective operations of the hospital by extending desired support to all departments, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities, and ensuring that the hospital runs smoothly.
Promoting a culture of quality and safety within the hospital, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and driving continuous improvement efforts across all aspects of healthcare delivery.
