 Managing calendars and schedules: Responsible for managing the calendars and schedules of the CEO. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and ensure that the time is used efficiently.
 Handling correspondence: Handling a wide range of correspondence, including emails, letters, etc. Also responsible for drafting correspondence on behalf of hospital executives.
 Coordinating meetings and events: Responsible for coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring that all participants are informed of the details.
 HR tasks: Recruiting, employee orientation, training, payroll, PF (New employee Registrations, ECR, NCP), ESI, HR SOP’s, performance appraisal, and etc.
 Conducting periodical audits across the departments to ensure proper documentation and record keeping in complying with the set standards.
 Educating HoDs on drafting SOPs, Policies, Pathways, and Manuals.
 Closely working and coordinating with Medical Superintendent in Clinical Audits, Diagnostic Audit and other department audits.
 Working on gaps in meeting the set patient safety as per the NABH standards.
 Planning, Scheduling, Conducting, Reviewing of training sessions on various health care improvement attributes focused at Patient, employee, and community expectations.
 Carrying out efficient and effective operations of the hospital by extending desired support to all departments, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities, and ensuring that the hospital runs smoothly.
 Promoting a culture of quality and safety within the hospital, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and driving continuous improvement efforts across all aspects of healthcare delivery.
⮚ Acting as a source of contact between company directors and shareholders to the company secretary to carry out all corporate regulatory tasks.
⮚ Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists.
⮚ Responsible for carrying out corporate correspondence of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, including shares allotment, rights issue, shares certificate, DIN, DIR-3, MSME, AGM, Board meeting minutes, AoA, MoA, etc.
