• Draft the employment offer and collaborate with Legal & GM to initiate, develop and HR strategy ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure of labour card, contractual terms, Visa sponsorship etc.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, meeting with stakeholders and client to discuss needs and scope of delivery within TAT.
• Participated and analyzed compensation/salary surveys and made recommendations for RFQ & RFP for Tenders bids and contract technical proposal.
