Responsible for designing & implementing the projects and supporting the company's clients and employees at all levels. Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.
Duties:
Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance
Services.
CCTV installation and configuration.
Providing ongoing service, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV
systems within the area.
Giving required training for the customers.
Basic configuration of CISCO Switches and Routers.
Research and implement new technologies for the customers.
Installation and configuration of Telephone system (Analog and IP PBX), Intercom system according to the site
Applying patches in accordance with customers procedures.
Installation and configuration of NAS devices.
Installation and configuration of EMS (AKCP).
Installation and configuration of various Access control machines according to the sites.
E-mail creation and configuration in the e-mail client (Outlook 2013, 2016). Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Resolved problems pertaining to Software and Hardware related issues throughout the network.
Installation and Configuration of Wi-Fi Router, Access point and Bridges. Making Documentation of the projects for the customers.
Visiting the project sites and scheduling the work.
Maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme.
Responsible for supporting the company's employees and clients at all levels as part of a helpdesk team. Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.
Duties:
• Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance Services.
• Supporting Employees over the telephone and by email.
• Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of the Windows Server 2008 and 2012 R2.
• Installing and Configuring DHCP, DNS, ADDS, GPO.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV & IP CAMERA.
• E-mail Creation and configuration in Mail Server.
• Installation and Configuration of NAS (Synology Workstation).
• Assisted with Digital Marketing Department.
• Installation, Configuration of mail in outlook 2013.
• Installation and Configuration of Firewall.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Installation and Configuration of PABX and CISCO IP Phone (7960 Series).
• Maintain the Company’s Network Infrastructure.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Travelling to Other Branches to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting.
