•Monitor the performance of 2 RNCs with 120 sites on daily basis.Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate.Analyze raw counters of worst cells and suggest hard/soft parameter changes to improve KPIs.
