1- Material Request Planning. (MRP):
Responsible of setting the supply, manufacturing, and defining the required economic capacity, workforce & inventory levels for detergents and cosmetics.
2- Raw Material Consumptions. (Fast, Medium & Slow Moving Items):
Responsible to define the required material warehousing capacity. Design the warehouses layout to ensure best stock rotation and FIFO.
3- I.T Solutions & Service.
4- Develop business plans and keep abreast of new developments likely to affect the future purchase and movement of goods and services.
5- Develop specific and realistic guidelines for setting and measuring KPIs.
6- Supplier evaluation and contract development / negotiations.
7- Manage, follow-up and act accordingly to the safety requirement and to ensure the needed resources and facilities are provided to stabilize the system performance.
