- Responsible for many nodes: MSSs, MGWs, GWs, HLRs, STPs, SGSN, GGSN and Related OSS Systems.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance operations and checkups on the above systems to ensure its service availability.
- Support the IN, VAS and BSS Systems, with needed configurations and connections.
- Implement Enterprise Customers Connection using SIP & PRI.
- Implement National and International Interconnections, TDM & VoIP.
- Implement International and National Dial Plans.
- Implement Inbound and Outbound GPRS Roaming Agreements.
- Configure new plans with its related ratings.
- Meet marketing roadmap dates for new offering and prices.
- Manage balances, credit and debit notes.
- Extract different types of reports and KPIs.
- Create new packages with its billing rates.
- Maintain and administrate Core ISP servers:
DNS Servers, SMTP Servers, Web & Mail hosting Servers and ADSL and WiMAX AAA Servers.
- Perform Utilization studies to ensure systems dimensioning.
- Study Marketing forecasts and do needed dimensioning to ensure best service availability.
- Do needed software upgrades and install needed patches.
- Ensure that network connections are online and active at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network communication problems.
- Perform preventive network hardware and software maintenance.
- Schedule systems backups.
- Provide proper documentation for related systems and operations.
- Trouble-shoot Customers’ internet connections technical problems (ADSL, WiMAX, Fiber, Leased line and Microwave connections) within service levels.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and service excellence.
- Provide customers with suitable solutions for their networks.
- Format and maintain Local PCs, laptops and servers.
About 70 PCs, 20 Laptop and 10 servers.
- Maintain VPN connections between branches, -about 7 branches- to insure connectivity between branches and Head Quarter for main POS system accessibility.
- Insure Network security by installing and configuring a firewall to detect and stop external attacks.
- Administrate Oracle Data Base and insure backups.
- Administrate Microsoft CRM system.
- Administrate Microsoft Active Directory Server.
- Build and Expand Local Area Connections.
- Maintain and Trouble Shoot Local Area Connections problems.
- UTP and STP cables installation and termination.
- Terminate and install Single/Double mode fiber optics cables (SC, LC and FC).
