Over the duration of this internship, I was mainly working on building the Contract Follow Up System for the Finance Department at the company. Designing, building and testing of the system were all done by me. Some features of the system include: uploading files, receiving notifications, user management with permission based authorization (salted passwords), and generating reports.
Tasks/Outcomes:
- Design and develop a web application using JavaEE technologies including: JSF, EJBs and JPA.
- Create a database for the designed system and use JavaEE persistence unit.
- Adopt design patterns in writing the code.
- Design user-friendly interface with the use of JQuery.
- Provide documentation for the accomplished work.
