+ Manage a team of 9 credit controllers collecting invoices on a monthly basis from 16 countries in the Greater Middle East area
+ Reduce the risk of bad debt by evaluating collection cost vs ROI forecasted

+ Manage a portfolio of hotels in the Middle East (BH, KW, OM)
+ Main responsibilities include hotels performance, analyze & understand the local legislations
+ Acquiring & providing assistance with the opening of key accounts
+ Be updated with any new laws or upcoming events in the market
+ Maintain an excellent relationship with the hotel’s to gain their confidence and trust
+ 50% Travel required visiting key accounts
+ Manage and collect invoice payments from a portfolio of hotels in Middle East (UAE, SA, EG, LB, IQ, LY)
+ Communicate proactively and build strong relationships with customers and business partners, in order to resolve and indicate progress on significant issues
+ Manage and take actions on significant collection risk issues in order to minimize overall
+ Manage relationships with hotels by providing high standard of customer service & account management
+ Handle sales requests by phone and e-mail
+ Be the liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints
+ Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
