Role and Responsibilities
•Carrying out cost plan for the client at Pre-contract stage
•Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
•Contract administration throughout the project cycle.
•Tender interviews/Evaluations/Reports
•Placing supply chain orders in accordance with the procurement schedule
•Responsible for managing the project procurement process/schedule.
•Ensuring subcontract orders accurately reflect the main contract requirements and scope of work
•Valuing, certifying and issuing relevant payment notices for the subcontract works in accordance with the condition of their subcontract
•Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
•Monitor and manage Sub-contract accounts, design change, scope variation, instructions and programme implications
•Achieving timely and equitable resolution of supply chain final accounts
•Managing and minimise non-recoverable costs on projects
•Ensuring commercial processes are in place
•Pricing and agreeing client variations, change management
•Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
•Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
•Preparing monthly cost value reconciliation for board directors

The E01/E02 development, located off Olympic Way, comprises of 381 build to rent homes and 252 homes from a range of affordable tenures, four buildings ranging from 12 to 15 storey in height. The homes, which will neighbour a brand new seven-acre park, will have access to private communal landscaped gardens, as well as a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA). The building will also include a 30, 000 sq ft fitness club, storage for 572 bicycles, 193 car bays and a children's nursery at ground level and roads.

Project consists of 76 apartments and townhouses, of which 47 will be affordable homes, with landscaped courtyards, balconies and terraces. In addition, the scheme also includes the reinstatement of a petrol station, which will feature art deco-inspired petrol pumps along with a road.
