1. Create the visual identity, the branding, for DSO and/or its member company.
2. Create everything from logos, to promotional materials, to advertising programs that establish and promote a corporate identity.
3. Provide visual solutions to communicate specific messages.
4. Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas.
5. Develop specific goals and plan to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
6. Develop presentations, brochures, advertisements, catalogs, and direct mail pieces, logos, packaging, web sites or other multimedia materials.
7. Photograph when required and use the photos for graphic design work and marketing purposes
8. Record & manipulate still images using film and/or digital methods.
9. Conceptualize, produce and enforce the visual identity for DSO brand and possible product.
10. Preserve consistency while ensuring that all branded materials express the most effective. and recognizable company message.
11. Create rich web sites, CD-ROMS, DVDs or exhibition materials and be able to conduct such tasks
• Solve and investigate client’s long-standing or complex problems passed on by the customer service assistants
• Communicate politely with clients by email, letter, face to face, and telephone
• Visit clients for the provision of one-to-one service and develop complaints or feedback procedures for the use of clients
• Provide solution, advice, and help to clients using the products or services of the organization
• Analyze data or statistics to identify the customer service level provided by the organization
• Supervise customer service teams, learn about the products or services of the organization, and follow up-to-date with modifications
• Propose compensations or refunds to clients and maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with the clients
• Participate in developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization
• Keep abreast developments and changes in customer service field by reading pertinent journals, attending training courses and meetings
• Assist the Manager - Client Management with projects and events whenever required
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints in order to maintain a strong relationship between DSOA and its clients
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
6. Establishing online and offline advertising campaigns
7. Designing prints like posters, brochures, inserts, folders, etc
8. Designing online materials & HTML E-mailers.
9. Handling DREI website.
10. Coordinating with outside agencies and media buyers for press releases and advertising placement in publications.
11. Preparing Media and Marketing Plan.
12. Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
13. Organizing and participating in Exhibitions
14. Preparing annual market monitoring reports
15. Acting Marketing Manager - establishing advertising campaigns through UAE and GCC media.
16. Managing the Marketing Department Budget. Delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
17. Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
1. Writing plus directing, editing and producing promos and other on-air materials
