14+ years of experience in the field of Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering, specializing in steel billets and aluminum billets, ingots, and foundry products, I aim to contribute my knowledge and skills in managing CCM, induction furnaces, oil-fired furnaces, Casthouse, and melt shop operations. By utilizing my strong leadership abilities and technical proficiency, I strive to optimize production processes, ensure quality control, and drive operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsible and accountable for all aspects related to Profitability, Production Planning, Product Quality, CAPEX approval, Optimum use of available Resources, coordination with Maintenance to improve equipment health, Technology upgradation & implementation.
-Maintenance and Operations Planning and implementing proactive/predictive/shutdown maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time /equipment reliability.

Having wide and varied experience in Production of Farm Equipment/ Auto Ancillary/Automobiles/ Heavy Machineris Components & Hand Tools accessories at different levels for last 4 years keeping career objective to attain the optimum for self & for the organization to achieve the desired business goal.
