Assessing and evaluating the performance of the major macroeconomic sectors (Monetary sector, Real sector, External sector and government sector )
-Conducting researches & studies in monetary & banking sector
-Participate in the formulation of central bank of sudan annual policies.
-Collecting data of financial institutions & preparing weekly, monthly reports of monetary indicators
-Preparing central bank of sudan annual report.
-attend the monetary policy committee meetings

i ve been recruited in the Young Professional Program at Central Bank Of Sudan, the first batch in 2009.
A training program which intends to build future leaders for Central Bank Of Sudan, i was lucky to be part of this program
During the program i worked for three departments:
-The issuing department
-The banking regulations department
-The policies department
During the program, i ve been in Malaysia for external exposure to Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia) for one month, where i attended a Central Banking Fundamental course & stayed 2 weeks in JASM department (monetray policy formulation department), JOPPK (monetray operations department) to see how the BNM formulate their monetray policy.
Meet with the applicants asking for loans, answering their questions & giving them advices, solutions.
-Analyse applicants financial status, credits, property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
-Handle customer complaints & take approprite action to resolve it
-Doing field visit to potential entrepreneurs, discover their activities, their needs to expand business.
-Meet with officials, NGOs interested in microfinance activities & provide technical assisstance.
