-Operator to: compressor, helium leak testing, chemical cleaning, rig up and rig down.
-Responsible to ensure accurate records kept for compressor, assist with line walks and
rig up and rig down of temporary equipment during testing.
-Chemical cleaning, manual handling of chemical during degreasing and pickling and passivation.
-Line up of systems using P&IDs.
-Punch listing system to be air flushed, leak tested, chemical cleaned.
-Operating air compressor&dryers, nitrogen equipment, chemical injection pumps
-Use of lock out tag out procedures.
-Taping of flanges for probing.
-Leak testing of systems.
-Identifyng and recording leaks.
-Assist in ensuring leaks are repaired.
-Reinstatement.

Strong work ethics and proactive with operations on site and on the Baker Hughes Base.
Equipment used:

-Compressors Atlas Copco & dryer, mixing tank, nitrogen quads and helium quads, temporary injection manifolds, gauges and chart recorders.

We performed works design and installation of pipelines and equipment the entire petrochemical platform Borzesti ( CAROM, Refinery RAFO, CHIMCOMPLEX)

One of the most important works of design that we made, for CAROM,
designing, on the assembly of pipes and equipment to the installation newly built BTX ( benzen -toluen - xilen)
