bring business benefits in terms of cost saving and performance improvement. Responsible
for company-wide projects from initiation / design to implementation entailing feasibility and
risk analysis with periodic update to Senior Management on the progress.
Furthermore, responsible for ensuring continued High Availability within a commercially
appropriate framework. Track project progress against pre-determined timelines / plans with
the assistance of Project Management tools & techniques ensuring the deliverables are
achieved within the stipulated deadlines and cost while maintaining a high standard of quality
as mandated by the Project Governance Framework and Project Management methodologies.
Role & Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines.
* The provision of Contract related commercial advice.
* Interfacing with Engineer and Cost Consultant as necessary.
* Management of Contract related issues.
* Provided support services of technical, financial and administrative nature to management.
* Receipt and management of payment through the agreed processes and procedures.
* Interfacing Engineer and Cost Consultant in establishing correct values and entitlement.
* Implementation of extensive Change Management regime on the project and its
management.
* Management of Project Risk and Opportunities.
* Work with the Engineer, Cost Consultant and other members of the team; provide advice on
o Advice on perceived or future claims and avoidance thereof.
o Undertake the management of Claims including, report on perceived validity and
quantum.
o Assist in the settlement of disputes.
o Procurement and associated documentation.
o Provide advice on Cash flow and expenditure forecasts.
o Maintain and manage the risk and opportunity registers in accordance with the Risk
Management Plan; monitor mitigation actions using Palisades @Risk Monte Carlo
Simulation
o Manage value engineering and lifecycle exercises to the benefit of JEC.
o Management and agreement on the effect of changes to professional appointments.
o Assist in the settlement of disputes.
o Contribute to overall project reporting on the above areas of responsibility.
General Duties Included:
• Working with a team for National Information Center (NIC), for the Data Center up gradation at over 42 sectors in KSA. Scope involved to upgrade the end-to-end workflow for the enterprise migration. Deployment for windows server 2008 and configuring the Active Directory in the Corporate Environment of MOI.
• Preparation of feasibility estimates for clients based upon outline design information.
• Preparation of initial estimates based upon developed design information.
• Preparation of elemental cost plan incorporating all design information
• Preparation of option studies issued upon comparative design methods.
• Drafting of feasibility and viability reports for clients.

• Installed and supported Windows Software Update Services (WSUS).

• As Operations Consultant, I was responsible for tracking performance against (KPI), to ensure there are no delays of tasks or project, Developing workflow process and presentations on project management tools, team building and related skills:
• Assist management in identifying and containing compliance risk, compliance monitoring and fostering a compliance culture.
• Maintain awareness of major regulatory changes affecting business.
• Develop external contacts among industry peer groups to determine/validate that the Company is following and instrumental in developing industry best practice.
• Lead and develop an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
• Identify resourcing needs.
• Identify issues and handle them. Report them to the management in a regular basis and ensure resolution.

Berri water injection and Qatif crude pipeline installation Project for Saudi Aramco, ($ 260 million)
Project general description:
Projects involved installation of Jackets, unmanned topsides and helideck, pipeline installation, shore pulls, pre-commissioning at different depths in Saudi.
Waters using Derrick lay barges like DLB264, DLB332, and DSV like Rem Fortress, Subtec-1 and Amberjack.
Responsibilities:
• Supported IT Assistance for Users in Saudi Office and also remotely supported Vessels operating in the Asia Pacific & Middle East
• Visited Vessels, coordinated and assisted the technicians from Maritime Network in de-installing one of our ship’s VSAT systems.
As a team member I was responsible for providing critical support for the functioning of Bangalore office.
•Diagnosed and resolved network and server performance issues, implementing a backup, off-site tape rotation/disaster plan and stabilization of the office
environment.
•Managed all local help desk and vendor coordination. Integrated newly acquired sub-offices in the Bangalore lead the project to link (Dialup and Cisco
WAN) their systems into the Gurgaon infrastructure
