The objective was to get the company accredited and approved by Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei in ordered to be able to get Telecommunication-Construction-Project for STC, Mobily, and Zain which was my mission that required: internal reformation, departments forming, recruitment, license gaining, test-passing, and digitalization.
SDV is a Marketing & Advertising Agency that focus on specific-market which is “the people with Disabilities” and their families. With a mission to shrink-the-gab between them and community from a business-prospective “win-win” for those-parties thru: creating, implementing and operating various-projects and programs.
I joined SDV as the fifth-member who was responsible to establish the marketing department and build the marketing and sales team which ended-up 45 members operating in five-areas in KSA. Also worked closely with the programming-company from initial-idea till we had the application-live on both Apple and Google stores. Creating marketing philosophy and plans was part of task.

Project: Technical Trainers College TTC “Vocational Pedagogy”
I was responsible of:
- Planning & supervise the implementation of marketing activities that aims to introduce the vocational-pedagogy reflecting the German-knowledge and attracts students to join
- Aligning and updating with Saudi Gov. partners about project and activities
- Working closely with advertising agencies to carry-on various projects and campaigns (Tradition/Digitals)

Achievement:
- Exceeding required number of applicants and intakes.
- Organizing four graduation-ceremony and six-open-house events
- Represented the German Federal Governments’ projects in KSA at “Janadriyah Festival 2016” thru the “German Pavilion”

Reporting to Int. Project Manager based in Europe, I was responsible of starting and managing the company’s project in Saudi Arabia and Oman, which required:
- Managing a team consists of: Mystery-shoppers, Coordinator, and Proofreaders
- Assuring 100% of targeted-visits done with 97% accepted
- Securing mystery-shoppers in remote areas
Joined Red Bull at their initial-stage in KSA as a member of “the Consumer Marketing Team” with the mission of introducing Energy-Drink concept, increase brand-awareness, and product-trial. Part of role responsibility assist in organizing Red Bull Events.
