Manage employee files and records, including employment contracts, permits, leaves, absences, etc.

Manage the HR Operations unit performance and prepare reports to share with direct managers where required.

Manage the provision of office services for areas such as office equipment, consumables, translation, etc.

Manage employee affairs in regional warehouses, hub and facilities, and facilitate their HR related queries and requests.

Develop and implement positive employee relations programs

Provide guidance to all departments on HR related matters including the disciplinary process, performance management processes, change initiatives, leaves, etc.

Manage all government relations related to administration areas covering renewal of licenses, registration, etc.

Coordinate with various government offices to obtain necessary government approvals and clearances.
