Manage the HR Operations unit performance and prepare reports to share with direct managers where required.

Manage employee affairs in regional warehouses, hub and facilities, and facilitate their HR related queries and requests.
Develop and implement positive employee relations programs
Provide guidance to all departments on HR related matters including the disciplinary process, performance management processes, change initiatives, leaves, etc.
