To review the RFQ/Contract in terms of scope of work, schedule, possible areas of concern.
Clarify all technical queries which are raised by different stakeholders.
Review and understand Contract requirements for Baseline Schedule and establishes criteria for schedule development (schedule detail, work breakdown structure (WBS), etc.
Identifies major milestones, critical approvals and long lead procurement items.
Preparing Projects logic schedules on Oracle Enterprise Projects Portfolio Management (EPPM- Primavera-6) tool by relating the construction phase in a proper sequence to
meet the proper utilization of resources reviewing & update project requisition & other document for correct quality contents
Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms. Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.
Develop & maintain Base line schedule & S-Curves.
Develop project deliverables with list with engineering and ensure its delivery on schedule with procurement department.
Prepare Construction progress reports as per established procedure.
Monitor & update construction schedule as per requirement.
Review and approve Planning and reporting procedure and Planning Package, submitted by sub-contractors.
Anticipate any potential slippage/critical path deviations & suggest corrective action for mitigation.
Monitoring the progress of the project to complete it within the specified time frame by tracking manpower, materials and equipment
Updating higher management with the current status of the project and taking necessary action to speed up the work if delay occurs.
Analyzing critical path in order to avoid any type of delay in critical activities.

Proactively liaising between suppliers and staff to resolve purchasing supply issues, ensuring an accurate and timely provision of supplies.

Review & finalize the terms & conditions of supplier/principals as well as clients
Monitoring the progress of the project to complete it within the specified time frame by tracking manpower, materials and equipment

To participate in bid review and finalize the contract terms for the sub contracted activities.
To review and finalize the project procedures after consultation with key project personnel.
Coordinate with sub-contractor, validate actual physical progress on site, establish forecast date to complete construction activities.
To co-ordinate with the engineering for deliverables.
Managing a team of multi-disciplined technical team.
To plan and strategize the work related to piping on the basis of project execution plan.
To identify material to be procured for hydro testing.
To co-ordinate hydro testing planning and test pack development.
To organize the progress review meeting with the client.
To ensure that change orders are raised correctly, agreed with the client and documented as per the requirement of the project
To co-ordinate with site to resolve the site queries.
QHSE Exposure
Finalize with QA/QC department & Submit Project Quality (Deliverables) & Material submittal (MAR) for Client’s approval based on Specification & requirements
Finalize with QA/QC department, Project Quality Plan, ITP, Procedures, Qualification records, M.S & work instructions as per project’s requirements.
Assist to submit the Final MRB/ Quality Dossier of the project for Client review & approval.
Assist to HSE for the Risk Assessment for the all company’s activities (Shop/Site).
Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the division to create culture that prioritizes effective HSE and balances overall associated costs.
Participate in weekly HSE site walk.
