 Headed product items purchasing team of 8 members & effectively managed 110 suppliers.
 I have to procure all product items (raw materials, sheet metal, molding, packaging & printing, cables & harnesses, chemicals & consumables) from supply base all over Pakistan, required for 7 different production lines in right quantity at right quality & price and at right time, keeping in view Production Line Requirements and Capacity & Delivery capabilities of all suppliers.
 Purchasing value more than 3 billion annually.
 I have to manage Suppliers Performance Rating as per agreed bench mark with BOD.
 I have to reduce cost of all products either by PPV (Purchase Price Variance / alternate source) or OMV (Other Material Variance) in coordination with Engineering & Import Departments.
 I have to do Contractual Agreement with suppliers to maintain at least 1-week inventory in ready-to-dispatch condition, i.e. to maintain minimum stock levels at factory & reducing the Material Holding & Handling Cost. In this contract I have developed Price Matrix, Quality Matrix and Delivery Matrix.

Achievements & Benefits to the Company:
 Savings of 60 million through costing & negotiations, alternate sourcing & business consolidation, targeting 90 million this year.
 VMI& JIT- Negotiated with strategic suppliers to hold inventory that reduce inventory value form 160 million to 90 million, targeting 50 million this year.
 Supplier Performance Rating improved form 60% to 90% in 1 year through training & development that reduces Follow-up cost by 50%. Targeting 95% rating this year.
 DIFOT delivery in full & on time increases form 55% to 70% that reduces production loss to 0.01% in all 7 production lines, targeting 80% DIFOT this year & 0% production loss.
 Productivity of suppliers has increased by 25%-30% through productivity training that reduces cost of production up to 30%.
