Working as Marketing & Public Relations Manager at Jordan Engineers
Association. Responsible for 3 departments (Marketing & communication,
media & PR) managing more than 30 employees and responsible for the
following:
 Preparing marketing strategy for the association in general to achieve strategically goals.
 Preparing marketing plans and budgets for other sales activates (lands, departments,
loans, etc..)
 Preparing marketing strategies and plans for different services provided by JEA (health
insurance, training and others)
 Implementing the corporate identity internally and externally.
 Developing the website and converting in to a PORTAL to provide online services.
 Activating social media tools to promote JEA services and products.
 Supervising the studio activates (filming, montage, producing, etc..)
 Managing the PR activates (events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and other
activities.
 Supervising the call center dep. And analyzing all inbound and outbound calls
 Implementing CRM system to generate leads and send them to the related departments.
