• Budget finalization with proper authorization and budgetary control.
• Fund Management, Loan Management, Fund planning, Forecasting and Treasury Management.
• PC Loan arrangement, Document realize from bank and BTB payment follow up and project loan installment payment and interest expenses calculation.
• Make sure to prepare variance report of product costing and CM analysis.
• Preparation of annual audit plan for the organization, conduct audit for development and improvement.
• Carry out internal audit for all business units as per standard policy & procedure of connected regulatory bodies and company itself.
• Carrying out special Audits from time to time as directed by the management and reporting the findings.
• Compliance of operational activities, policies, procedures, operational system, process and other regulatory bodies.
• Review and finalize the draft reports by the auditors and submit periodic report on timely basis to the management.
• Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.
• Prepare project feasibility report and periodically review project expenses to ensure profitability.
• Assist in monitoring of capital expenditure of the company.
• Sound knowledge of Import and Export procedure
