•Oversee one team of facilitators in an assigned area, including supporting staff.
•Training, capacity building, and specialized training in innovation, entrepreneurship, emerging projects, life skills, child care, and psychosocial support Human-centered design and team building.
•Implement social innovation curriculums through all governorates of Jordan, and teach the targeted groups about technology, designs, production, business, management, initiatives, volunteering, and creativity.
•Coordinate with JRF facilitators and Makani life skills facilitators to ensure the quality of the project’s implementation.
•Present coaching services using various instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
•Communicate effectively with youth and provide support as needed, facilitating the implementation of all project-related activities, including financial arrangements, such as payment of incentives and seed capital installments.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed

•Participate with Amani international company to amend the curriculum and its development to develop the material of social innovation labs
