Responsible for estimating the work to be done, identify dependencies, critical path
activities, and the resources needed for each project. Also in charge of leading various IT
enabled initiatives in a fast paced team and a changing organization.
* Define processes and tools best suited to each project. Moving between agile and
waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and client goals, creating
detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
* Participating in the planning of the current projects and system requirements.
* Manage projects, and drive the project team from start through to completion, Advise
the project board of any deviations from the plan.
* Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
Responsible for Managing the information flows between the directing and delivering levels
of the projects, managing the production of the required products, taking responsibility for
overall progress, use of resources and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
Participating in the planning of the current projects and system requirements.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to formulate processing solution,
provide data analysis and functional requirements modeling within the system
development life cycle.
Contribute to Enterprise architecture and application strategy to increase the overall
automation of the department.
Designing new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Authorizing work packages to the project delivering team.
Tune System Performance and provide first-level technical assistance where
required to meet with the required operating performance levels.
Manage the user acceptance testing of product implementations.
Plan, monitor and manage the team's work.
Ensure that quality activities relating to the team's work are planned and performed
correctly.
Work with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user
satisfaction.
