 Customer profiling and behavioral analysis towards Toyota, Lexus and direct competition.

•Observe competitors monthly and daily advertising activities in the market, and submit an activity report for Toyota management, Lexus management and top management.
•Construct detailed information viewed by customers through local website including full details (Specifications, Prices, USP’s, and Images).
•Approve final advertising layouts in terms of specs and pricing prior media releases for both Toyota and Lexus teams.
•Conduct statistical analysis of daily sales, customer profile, salesman performance etc for the sales and service units, submit report with conclusions and recommendations to GM.
•Approve uploaded documents on e-synergy by information staff, and grant user access as per security policies of MNSS. Reports include:
Monthly Traffic report.
Updated Competitors Specifications.
Spec by spec Comparisons against competition.
New competitors offer (Variance).
•Support advertising to prepare for big events such as Motor Show or Mall Displays team leader "Motor Show".
•Support advertising in their direct marketing activities such as displays, outdoor events, launches
•Coordinate with advertising regarding marketing plan and providing them with all the latest news of car models.
