Taking care of the following areas:
•Develop, review and update HR&D Strategy.
•Develop, revise and update HR&D operation plan.
•Analyze HR&D corporate performance results; generate recommendations, suggestions and correction procedures.
•Supervise adopting DGEP methodology, execute internal evaluation and auditing.
•Develop and update career development plans.
•Develop and update organization succession plans, leadership program and IDPs for key positions.
•Develop, adopt performance management system.
•Own and maintain policies and procedures documents, organizational charts, job descriptions
•Provide information to all staff on HR issues, such as benefits entitlements, HR policies and procedures, matters relating to pay and deductions, etc.

•Coordinate program activities, services, and/or program implementation with private providers, other governmental entities, program users, etc.
•Prepare Human Resources Manual including 14 policies such as grievances, and complaints, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employment, salary administration, leaves, training and development, transportation, rewards and recognition, etc
•Serve as an advisor to answer all the inquiries related to the new Human Resources Law of Dubai Government
•Administer and supervise the assessment and development centres, succession planning, and leadership program of executives.
•Ensure compliance with applicable UAE Rules, Dubai Emirate laws, regulations, and organization rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
•Facilitate/Chair work groups, teams, and/or meetings; create a positive environment, evaluate group processes, recommend solutions or alternatives, etc.
•Analyze, summarize and review data; report findings, interpret results and make recommendations.
•Lead and functionally supervise staff; delegate work assignments, monitor/review quality of work, schedule staff, provide technical assistance or training, and provide input on performance appraisal, hiring and disciplinary issues.
•Supervise the recruitment section and provide guidance to all the section employees including the manager
•Supervise the manpower planning and other sections to evaluate the quality of their work and speed all the activities.
•Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters
•Ensure that Human Resources KPI’s such as Attendance, Turnover, Retention etc. are tracked and monitored
•Carry out other tasks as assigned.
•Teaching undergraduate students in the following fields: Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Operation Management and Entrepreneurship.
•Ranked as Top in the master degree of all the MBA students in Jordan so granted a full scholarship to complete PhD in addition of working as a TA for undergraduate students.
•Built the company Human Resource Intranet.
•Participated in Designing and Implement the company employee Database.
•Implemented and maintained Health & Safety and company benefits system.
•Enforced and implemented new ideas, made process improvements, re-structured the department, policies and procedures, and managed the general day-to-day duties.
