•Provide input to governance and operational risk to define measures and controls for prevention of mis-selling, misrepresentation, fraud and for adherence to Treating Clients Fairly principles.
•Expand the sales team and ensure ultimate productivity reached for every sales member
Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing product, plans, campaigns, services in the Retail Banking Division so as to enhance them and contribute to the profitability of Bank’s business, also responsible for supervising the Bank’s Sales Force Team and ensures that the specific targets/ objectives are met by all Team members.
