compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
• Manage inventory and stock rotation (FIFO) using Microsoft Excel and Maicros Material Control,
monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or losses.
• Prepare requests, maintain detailed records, and coordinate with suppliers and departments to
ensure efficient and accurate operations while adhering to quality and safety protocols.

• Assisted in receiving and verifying food supply shipments based on paper invoices. Coordinated
with suppliers by phone, managed stock intake, and performed manual inventory counts. Ensured
accurate records, proper storage, and timely restocking of supermarket supplies.
