for vendors. Prepare Credit and Debit note with Supporting Documents and
share with Team for execution on weekly / Monthly / Season Basis. Validate
details of invoice payments requests basis supporting documents for UP,
MH, GJ, and RJ. Track invoice booking, Payments Made, Payments Pending,
DN Shared, DN Pending for the Supplier and ensure Zero advances made to
the supplier
• Inventory Management - Optimizing inventory based on Sales pipeline and
fulfilment commitments and Quality specification of commodities and
provide required details to invoicing team. keeps the track of commodity
purchased (GRN details) for Virtual and Physical warehouse. Check and
correct wrong GRN on priority basis to ensure system Vs actual inventory is
matching. Sharing Physical Inventory details with insurance Team.
• Supply Tracking: Monitor and track the delivery of sauda to ensure it aligns
with the booking at both the buyer and supplier ends.
• Managing Inward Activities: Oversee all inward activities, including
processing PO, GRN and facilitating stock transfers to ensure accurate
