Responsibilities:
Prepare Business requirement documents for new functionalities and new products.
Prepare software change requirement document as per changes sought by the client/exchange/regulator and provide related efforts and delivery schedule to client while seeking related confirmation.

Understand the client’s business and its day to day operations, the reporting system and the related reports, document the requirements /processes (execution, reporting/ settlement)/exceptions, flow diagrams.
Provide associated functional documents, domain knowledge, and flow of activity and logic to the development team, and clarify their queries.

Prepare test scenarios, and test the developed application and reports generated using the applications through coordination with developer team to ensure that application is aligned to client’s requirements.

Demonstrate the application developed and its functionality, gather feedback /suggestions /modifications from the end user and have the application appropriately modified.
Demonstrate various products developed by the organization to prospective overseas clients and attend to their queries and doubts.
Provide application support for various clients across Europe, middle- east & South East Asia, provide solution for their issues with the help of the development team.
Preparation of user manual.

Strategize presentation and approach investors.
