Overall Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) issues in Airport Operations (Dubai International Airport (DXB), Dubai World Centre (DWC), Sharjah Airport & Al Maktoum International Airport)
Maintaining all safety procedures and norms efficiently.
Creating health & safety awareness to our staffs through HSE trainings and tool box talks.
Preparing and providing HSE Awareness Trainings to the Aviation staffs to creating the awareness level within the staffs
Inspect and rectifying any unsafe act at workplace (Baggage Handling, Ramp operations, Cargo division, Aircraft Cleaning operations).
Conducting Fire Evacuation drills in Head office & Staff Accommodations to ready the building occupants for the exiting of a building during a fire or related building emergencies.
Conducting Emergency Response Drill (ERT) in our staff accommodations to train and alert the staffs in charge for the respective accommodation during the emergency situation such as Health & Safety Scenarios.
Preparing Monthly and Safety Statistics Report for various operations.
Investigating accidents and work place injuries. Documented the injuries; detailed the events leading to, during, and after the accident; and made recommendations to fix hazards.
Conducting HSE audits in the staff accommodations.
Conducting & preparing the Risk Assessments reports throughout company and our clients end.
Attending weekly & monthly safety committee meeting.
Developing a framework of quality standards, procedures & systems and overseeing smooth implementation at client end.
Coordinate with the various departments of company in regards to IMS certification.
Promote awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through trainings and presentations.
Imparting training on quality control and safety aspects.
Conducting Internal audits (ISO 9001:2008) for all departments.
Preparing Internal Audit Checklist, Training Calendar for internal audits & related documents for Surveillance Audits (ISO 9001: 2008)
Identifying quality competence gaps and initiate and delivering effective training to personnel.
Providing support in problem and defect analysis in materials and production quality issues.
Preparing, coordinating, facilitating and following up audit in the department.
Following up the corrective action plans and their results.
Preparing Work Instruction for assembly and production products.
Maintaining the Calibration Records of Instruments and Equipments used for measurements like Verniar Caliper, Micrometer & Thickness Gauge.
