•Arranging the material for the completing the project in time

•Motivating the employees to make the kizan (small improvements)

•Developing the vendors in local market and dealing with the suppliers of machinery i.e. in local and international

•Monitoring Operation & Maintenance of various Utility Equipment like Air Compressor, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Firefighting Equipment, Different kinds of Pumps.
•Training the people for the group task
