• Accountable for accurate, timely and quality management of reporting, financial forecasting, Reporting and analysis of all financials including but not limited to P&L, cash flow, balance sheet items, headcount and relevant Operational Key Performance Indicators, Preparing and documenting Annual and Long Range Planning and Budgets. Leading-Coordinating Group Companies’ Annual Audit-Tax Reporting with one of Big Four Accounting firms
• Contributing in major strategic and commercial business decisions by providing financial expertise on strategic scenarios, new cases, investments, customer financing proposals
• Analyzing business processes, implementing plans to review compliance with the company financial processes, tools, accounting principles and updating internal controls. Ensure sound financial and operational control environment by addressing business process improvement areas
• Sole responsible for implementation n and integration of financial management processes and tools n ERP/IFS deployment program with Company’s cross functions.
2007 - 2012 Regional Cost & Progress Manager, Nokia Siemens Networks, Turkey / Russia
Responsible for Cost and Progress Management for all large/midsize projects over EURO 1 million in North East
Europe Region covering Nordics, Russia and Turkey-Eastern Europe-Central Asia (TEC) sub regions' countries.
• Managing a team of total 30 Cost and Progress managers and engineers in different countries,
• Ensuring proactive project control, cost and progress management in all large/small scale multi-task projects within the Region with all global process and tools in use to achieve increased cost and project execution efficiency including scope, milestones and quality supported with further reporting in management visibility,
• Supporting and implementing global processes and tools, creating and localizing them as per project-business
needs with ensured deployments. Support and enhance best practice sharing between projects. Enhance identification of risks impacting the gross margin and proposal of corrective actions, including costs of mitigation,
• Regional Process Deployment Manager in Quote-to-Cash Deployment Program. Sole responsible for implementation and integration of project management processes and tools in ERP/SAP deployment program in liaison with other business units and Company’s cross functions.,
• Reporting to Head of NE Region PMO. Provide consolidated financial and non financial reports across service
business lines. Ensure timely intervention, performing and controlling quality with Actual vs. Latest Estimate/Plan
reports for senior management consideration covering Region's overall business program.

Responsible for the ongoing Subregion Turkey projects with the three main operators namely Vodafone, Turkcell, Avea and supporting Central Asia live projects in the region. Setting and implementing processes with the dedicated project management and country account teams. Monitoring budgets and reporting to management teams by analyzing actual cost of works performed and recommending the best efficient ways to take preventive actions. Preparing timely consolidated financial reports including monthly and quarterly reports, cash flow reports, quarterly forecast, annual budgets and long term business plans.
2002 - 2006 Cost & Progress Manager, Nokia Networks, Saudi Arabia
Being sole responsible for the ongoing Saudi projects, supporting Middle East and Saudi Levant region projects over a total budget of 250m Euro and setting and implementing processes for the ERPs with the dedicated start up teams.
• For a contract of 350m Euro with completed/ongoing projects to upgrade/expand GSM system of the customer STC-Saudi Telecom Company, performing project control, cost and progress activities,
• Preparing cost estimation and budgets with project management and function managers and ensure all project
related cost and progress against time, invoicing schedules-customer and partner- and SOPs being followed,
• Within the cost management and purchasing processes, implement global cost management structures and subcontracting/contractor ordering and invoicing processes.

2000 - 2002 Project Controller, Nokia Networks, Turkey
For a 55m$ value of GSM Contract of client Cellcom BSS + NSS Project, performing Project Control activities. By monitoring and reporting of all project related costs, prepare project profitability calculations against project scope.
For a contract of 900m$ to upgrade GSM Base stations of Client-Telsim BSS Project, performing Project Control
activities; with respect to the agreed to scope, schedule or costs and their effect on milestones and contractual
commitments. Follow up the actual costs, organize and control the invoicing and ordering process. Following the project progress from costs point of view.
1996 - 2000 Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager Bechtel Enka JV, Kazakhstan
Responsible for all finance and accounting activities encompassing but not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, customer invoicing, bank accounts, cash flow, payroll, taxation and other local/governmental regulatory requirements, monthly and quarterly offshore and onshore revenue and cost reporting liaison with home offices and site management, senior corporate and client personnel. Three major Projects with more than a billion dollar budgeted value under a Joint Venture of two major construction and engineering companies, from USA and Turkey. All EPCM contracted work performed is on behalf of our Client, TengizChevroil, a major U.S. owned oil and gas company. These were fast track, tighly controlled by Project Controls and F&C teams with a workforce of over 4, 000 Western, Turkish and CIS employees.
1994 - 1996 Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager, Kilborn Enka JV, Kyrgyzstan
Responsible only for onshore finance and accounting activities and participate in monthly cost reports preparation for the EPCM Project Services for this Joint Venture Project of two major construction and engineering companies, from Turkey and Canada. Work done on behalf of our Client, Kumtor Operating Company-a Joint Venture established by Cameco Canada and Kyrgyzstan Government for Kumtor Gold Mining Project. This was a 40 million dollars project with a workforce of approximately 2, 000 Western, Turkish and CIS employees.
Responsible for Project's petty cash and local bank and suppliers' operations. Military Housing Construction Project for the Russian Government had been completed successfully in a very short period of time by the two construction companies from Turkey and Germany. Workforce increased up to 5, 000 Western, Turkish and CIS employees at the peak stage of the project.
