Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure all items as specific of POs and company procedures.
2. To control all items and monitoring stock less or extra (minimum stock level)
3. To enter data on database system (excel and access) and updated
4. All (MIV, GRN, MTV, MRR, PO, MR, CARGO MANIFEST (DISPATCH)
DISCRAPENCY REPORT (IF NOT MATCH), EXIT PASS, ALL THIS ON DATA BASE SYSTEM
AND RIGHT RECORDS.
5. To convert all stock on word sheet or excel sheet for inventory (internal or external audit team-all stock values)
6. To manage and arrange with other department (PLD, financial, purchasing and logistic for pending POs and...Etc
7. Monitor all warehouse staff and KPI
8. Monthly report to section head of warehouse (KPI)
9. To ensure all warehouse procedures done on perfect way and zero mistakes.
10. Negiations with warehouse section head about performance and improvement of jobs.
