• Analyze fabrication Progress against the weekly plan and work with team to provide mitigation plan.
• Preparing weekly & monthly Fabrication Yard reports such as Dashboard, overall & structure wise progress summary, manpower Histogram, productivity reports, overall & structure wise progress Curves.
• Developing Mechanical completion & Precommissioning plan system wise.
• Working with project team to prepare Re-baseline schedule if negative Variance exceed -10%
• Preparing comprehensive Project status report.
• Preparing Daily QTY report for cable pulling, glanding termination & testing, Spools .
• Preparing offshore Hookup schedule in line with Hookup L4 register.
• Updating daily Hookup progress.
• Updating downtime Log, weather forecast & client dely.

• Preparing Re-baseline based on change on the scope and project delay.
• Preparing recovery schedule.
• Identifying & monitoring the Critical Path, constraints in the schedule.
• Provide weeks look ahead schedules.
• Prepare MR’s Schedule for LSTK Contractor.
• Generate Progress S-curves & histogram.
• Productivity Report (Summary Status report).
• Set up Measurement Worksheet in order to track Engineering, procurement progress.
• Analyze progress Variance Area & discipline wise .
• Attending Weekly Progress Meeting with Client.
