• Maintain and update test scripts for Web & the app across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Work closely with the development team (ZeMind) from Canada, using a Kanban approach in order to keep on top of business requirements, new features, bug fixes and BAU activities.

•Managed the testing resources and coordinated network testing for all airports and stadiums in preparation for the event which resulted in an increase of Roaming revenue more than $1.2 million.
•Technical reports benchmarking Vodafone network against all NZ operators. Provided detailed analysis to proactively identify and fix network issues facilitating great customer experience.
