Lead and oversee all customers complex communication operations at the time of project delivery/maintenance for seamless execution of LTE specific Packet Core Network activities. Identify and address multifaceted troubleshooting, fault finding, and RCA issues in hardware and software configuration by taking strategic actions in timely manner through proper management of Ericsson Enterprise Core operation/maintenance. Alter subscribers SAPC profile and restrict usage in line with customer prerequisite. Enable Airbus Tetra defence/space network operations and maintenance, while observing TETRA Base Stations Alarm through NETBOSS. Orchestrate TETRA team and formulate efficient plans/schedules towards Tetra base stations alarm clearance and preventive maintenance. Produce and propose total coverage monthly reports through evaluation of NEMO logs.
• Led and completed Ericsson enterprise core, which installed from E2E.
• Headed several TETRA/LTE sites through integration/installation through collaboration with assigned team.
• Provisioned LTE SIMs, improved TETRA sites coverage after Frequency re-planning, and automated KPI collection for LTE EnodeBs.
• Attained and retained PS network performance in accordance with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
