portfolio of properties in Kuwait and Abroad, ensuring 100% accuracy in multi
currency transactions.
• High Value Asset Management: Coordinate specialized accounting specialized
transportation assets, tracking maintenance costs, fuel costs, and vendor
management.
• Payroll Administration: Execute monthly payroll for over 50+ domestic and
international staƯ members, maintaining strict conƱdentiality and adherence to
Kuwaiti Labor Law.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and audit contracts with F & B Vendors, catering
companies, Building Maintenance providers and other service providers, to
reduce annual operating costs through rigorous expense analysis.
• Contingency Planning: Arranging emergency funding provision, providing 24/7
Ʊnancial readiness for unforeseen expenditures and urgent requests.

• Accounting for the operational costs and overseeing the inventory control for all
associated brands and locations
• Responsible for making cost reports to assist the management in decision making
• Making monthly reports to compute the cost of goods sold for the preparation of
the in-come statement
