Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors, or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential.
Assist with business planning & ongoing planning of merchandise & forecasting of sales, subsequently accountable for sales/margin measurement.

Generated reports, monitored stock and sales, ensured accurate data admin standards were maintained for IT systems (barcode, style, re-classifications, hierarchy).

Also involved in a major Stocktake activity of IT for all markets of Al Shaya:
• Creation of barcode for scanner, updating scanners, provide scanners to stores
• Receiving scanners from stores, updating the actual count of store
• Summarizing stocktake result (KCC/GOLD against the actual count)
• Publishing reports in DWH & Crystal.
• Updating the result in KCC/GOLD.
Working on an Oracle-Based Application for Retail Brands (The System manages stock inventory, booking of purchases, usages and sales of products), POS systems.
Sales Data Processing & Updation of more than 1700 stores in KCC/DWH across ME/EUROPE, Invoice Processing, POS Item Price Updations, Inventory Management and Operations.
Processing Shipments by creating purchase orders for new products arriving for different 30 odd UK/US retail brands such as Debenhams, Bodyshop, BHS, Mothercare, Next, Claires, Limited Too etc using the Kerridge Client System
