Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts Prepare and mail ageing report to the customers on the deadline of credit limit. Coordinated with Hotels(vendor) regarding payment plans, monthly SOA and billing discrepancies Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments for customer and vendor accounts Issue credit note or refund for bookings and update customer account Post and process journal entries such as bank entries for all receivable & payables, petty cash and other expenses to ensure all business transactions are recorded and reconciled on the daily basis to maintain accuracy in system
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable & payable and perform reconciliations and prepare invoices. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist finance manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
Supported on-time project completion, working within client requirements and budget constraints.
Preparation of end user documents, configuration user manual documents.
Preparation of FI process manual.
Configuration of GL, AR, AP, Cash journal and Fixed Asset accounting, in Financial Accounting. Configuration of Terms of payments, as well as Tax on Sale/ Purchases
Configuration of Cost center Accounting, Internal order Accounting.
Have knowledge on Profit center accounting. Supported in resolving day-to-day end-user issues pertaining to FI (sub-modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting).
