Production of Acetoxy silicon sealants, Acrylic sealant and neutraseal sealants used for general purpose construction.
Production of High Temperature Resistant sealants, water resistant and high performance sealants.
Routine checking of the products and keep focus on raw material addition.
Planning for cartridges printing and filling by use of ERP software.

• Shift engineer at Urea Formaldehyde plant (41% UF), Urea Formaldehyde resin plant having (Grade-140 normal, Grade-150 normal, Grade-150 special), Urea formaldehyde moulding compound China technology.
• Working closely with process chemists and chemical technicians to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.
• Perform a variety of process engineering activities including monitoring performance of plant facilities, preparing daily performance summary and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities.
• Operate the plant at optimum condition with minimum utility consumption and maximum production.
• Supervising production lines.

Responsibilities:
• Shift Engineer at Chashma Ethanol Fuel Plant having 125000L/day capacity of the plant (MAGUIN INTERIS OF FRANCE) This section involves Distillation and Rectification. In distillation section Ethyl Alcohol is distilled under vacuum from Fermented mash. In rectification section Raw Ethyl Alcohol (95%) is Rectified under pressure to remove impurities as fusel oils from Raw Ethyl Alcohol, and to increase concentration of Ethyl Alcohol up to 96.6%.This section of plant involves pneumatic and electronic control with Siemens (S-7) and Yokogawa(CentumVP) DCS.
• Working experience on DCS, Can operate unit from DCS independently.
• Chemistry of the process, familiarization of process and equipment’s & the effect of operating variables on its interdependence.
• Supervise work permits, detection of unsafe conditions, start-up shut down activities.
• Ensure recording of production data, analyze quality of products, and other shift records.
• Experience in process engineering including material & energy balance, process computer simulation, development of PFD's and P&ID's and equipment sizing and specification.
• Experience in distillation, absorption, heat transfer, pumping, cooling towers and condensate facilities.
• Familiarity with process design safety requirements, including experience of HAZOP.
• Excellent team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers
• Responsible to maintain process parameters, keep checks on quality and maintain them during the shifts.

• Knowledge of Process description of heavy crude refining from crude oil to different refined fractions i.e LPG, naphta, diesel oil, furnace fuel oil and bitumen.
• Knowledge of different equipment’s and its operation i.e Distillation Column, furnace, heat exchangers, Desalter, stabilizer unit, rotary and positive displacement compressor, pneumatic control valves, pumps etc.
• Visit of Reformer unit and observation of its equipment and process.
i have done 6 weeks internship at attock refinary limited and learn a lot about the physical and chemical processes i.e distillation and reforming.i become aware of the working environment of the industry and develop a strong communication skills. i am a keen technical learner.
Department of chemical engineering gives me an oppertunity of internship at attock refinary limited and pakistan ordinance factory each of 6 weeks during my bachlors period.during FSc i was awarded by education minister of kpk for my 2nd position in the college.
