HR Assistant
To Assist the Human Resources /Recruitment department in mobilizing selected candidates from around the globe & to keep up ongoing relationships with the vendors in other countries.
Maintain smooth relationship between the vendors and the company.
To make sure mobilization process is followed properly
To create weekly, monthly & annual reports for the management & for the business unit managers.
Arrange air tickets coordinating with the travel agent for the candidates & the managers as & when necessary.
Arrange airport pickup for the candidates & others as & when required.
Enter the new employee data into the HR database system & issue mobilization advice.
Understanding the client requirement.
Sourcing the profile accordingly as per the client needs.
Expertise in using job portals like Bayt, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn etc.
Screening the candidate profile and short listing.
Familiar in taking face to face interviews. Experience in joining formalities and on boarding the candidates.
Issuing offer letters.
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Assisting in generating leads from conversation with candidates.
Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

2. Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
2. Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
3. Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills and domain skills
4. Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up
5. Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on- boarding
6. Managing and maintaining Data Base as well as client information effectively
