 To Assist the Human Resources /Recruitment department in mobilizing selected candidates from around the globe & to keep up ongoing relationships with the vendors in other countries.
 Maintain smooth relationship between the vendors and the company.
 To make sure mobilization process is followed properly
 To create weekly, monthly & annual reports for the management & for the business unit managers.
 Arrange air tickets coordinating with the travel agent for the candidates & the managers as & when necessary.
 Arrange airport pickup for the candidates & others as & when required.
