Project : Saudi National Guard Health Affairs Hospitals - PMO (8 Billion SAR)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing EOTs due to the unavailability of Power in the plant by Client
Preparing bi-weekly report, daily report, and schedule update.
- Developing Revised Baseline Schedule for the SANG Hospitals in Region (Taif, Riyadh, Qassim,
and Jeddah).
- Monitoring the progress updates in monthly basis.
- Implementation micro detailed schedule for the whole packages of the Medical Equipments.
- Generating the Material and Labor Resource assignment update sheet from the Primavera.
- Impact analysis for the delays effects on the specific items in the schedule.
- Preparing Internal report showing the physical man-hours achieved versus the planned in weekly
basis.
- Coding the Purchase Requests under its packages and checking if it’s with the budget limitation.
- Preparing comparison analysis between the Rental and Owned Equipments and Man-hours.
- Physical Progress Measuring in the site and highlight it in the drawings with estimating the KPIs
and efficiency factors.
- Details & General Plans/Schedules Preparation.
- Internal/External Reports Preparation.
- SCs' invoices verifications and processing.

Project : Riyadh Metro Project - Elevated Stations - Façade Scope (188 M SAR)
Client : ANM - Al Riyadh New Mobility
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Façade Drawings for 9 Elevated Stations & West Depot Station and maintain
the detailed time schedule for that.
- Get the approval letter for all the time schedules - Baselines - from ANM.
- Ensure Weekly about delivering the Materials in the site.
- Ensure Site Progress within the time Schedule Dates.
- Estimating the delays referring to the baseline dates and get time claims.
- Updating the Schedules Daily, Weekly & Monthly and export Planned Value & Earned Value as
Percentages from the schedules.
- Converting the PV and EV as money and calculating SPI & CPI by Excel Sheets and prepare the
Reports.
- Monitoring & controlling the budget costs if we are within the budget.

Project : Governmental Hospital Projects (Up to 400 Million Saudi Riyal)
Client : Ministry of Health & Ministry of Defense.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of
engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
2. Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.
3. Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in
the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost
estimating and project control.
4. Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
using scheduling software.
5. Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management
and change control.
6. Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered
into the overall project master schedule. Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan
considering all in puts (manpower, equipment’s and materials) availability, production and
construction sequences.
7. Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
8. Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly
as required.

9. Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required
progress.
10. Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
11. Define the projects and create it in Oracle ERP and monitoring the cost and the
Resources.
12. Weekly or Monthly site visits for inspecting actual work progress and make analysis to
any delays in work.
13. Attending Consultant meetings and follow-up the instructions of consultant.
14. Preparing Cost breakdown of accumulated cost of BOQ.
15. Coordinating with Cost Control dept. and monitoring actual cost with % of work done
by Primavera.
16. Preparing Risk Analysis report and finding solutions to them.
17. Preparing Recovery plans due to delay from contractors / suppliers.
18. Preparing Revising plans for any VOs from client.
19. Updating Oracle ERP Central Instance with new swap value approved by Client.
20. Calculating % of profit or loss with Company’s budget and Contract value.
