Work Responsibilities:
• Operations of existing Unified Communications infrastructure (CUCM 6.X).
• Planning and Designing the upgrade to version 11.x Unified Collaboration infrastructure for DC and DR (IPT and Video).
• Implementation of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.x
• Implementation of Cisco Unity Connection 11.x
• Designed Unified messaging and single inbox by integrating the Cisco Unity Connection with Microsoft Exchange.
• Implementation of Cisco Unified IM & Presence 11.x
• Implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 10.x
• Cisco IOS upgrade for Voice Gateways.
• Implemented Unified Dial-Plan (Standard local route groups).
• Performed Phone firmware upgrade.
• Designed the Open text Right Fax upgrade to multiple application server cluster and standalone database server with additional FOIP channels with the existing SR140 fax transport channels.
• Also designed the intelligent call routing between the Right Fax cluster and Cisco VOIP zone in order to enable the fax services with least cost routing.
• Managing call manager server backups.
• Management and Troubleshooting of CME and SRST.
• Management and Troubleshooting of E1 Lines implemented on some sites.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Voice Gateway Conference bridges, Transcoders and Media Termination points.
• Management and Troubleshooting of Sip trunks provided by Multiple ISP's.
• Additions of new DID ranges to the existing ranges configured voice gateways.
• Management and Troubleshooting of Customer Response Solutions (CRS).
• Management and Troubleshooting Right Fax Enterprise Suite.
• Conducted POC of Microsoft Lync integrated with Polycom Standalone video codecs.
• Conducted POC of Cisco’s video endpoints like DX 80, MX 300 with servers like Cisco Expressway, Cisco VCS control, Cisco vTS (Telepresence Virtual server), Cisco Telepresence Conductor Server, Cisco CUCM 10.5, Cisco IM & Presence 10.5, Cisco TMS(version 14.5) to make Cisco’s Collaboration Meeting Room on-site.
• Configured CMR with Permanent and scheduled conference, auto-dialed participants and integrated with Microsoft Exchange.
• Basic V Center operations for all the UC Virtual Machines.
• Use of RTMT for monitoring the status of various activities of Call manger cluster.
• Solar winds Orion for Voice gateway monitoring.
