Handling team of five people, there by responsible for team performance and targets.
Training & coaching new joiners. Monitoring & supervising performance of team members.
Participating and conducting networking events, seminars to increase the client base.
Researching for new HNI, corporate clients and closing the deals.
Maintaining sales target, cross selling & being aware of competitors at any point of time.
Assisting and training clients for using various platforms like (MT5, Saturn Trader etc).

• Technical Analysis of Precious Metals, Base Metals, Energy & Agri commodities and currencies by applying various Technical Tools and Studies like Candlestick patterns, Dow Theory, RSI, Moving Averages etc.
• Responsible to generate Intraday, short and long term technical calls in various commodities and currencies.
• Helping importers and exporters in hedging their positions in particular currency against their payments.

• Assisting in handling the prop account, advising on entry and exit in different stocks, commodities, currencies and futures.
• Assisting option delta dealers in their trades and positions by giving view on Nifty, stocks, futures and their respective volatility index.
